Job Overview:

Qualifications and Requirements:

5-8+ years’ experience in project management with experience leading complex Information Technology projects.
Experience with managing projects involving data center IT infrastructure design, planning, and build; worldwide network infrastructure deployment.
Experience with managing projects involving application development.
Experience with managing projects involving IT components such as Virtual/VM builds; server migration techniques and data migration. Proven ability to manage, lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams.
Ability to effectively analyze project requirements and scope and develop accurate resource forecasts for the successful completion of projects.
Able to function in complex and challenging environments while maintaining the ability to influence change and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions and understandings.
Demonstrates superior communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate risks, issues, impacts and resolution plans within all levels of the IT department, including senior management.

PMP and ITIL Certification is a plus

Job Overview:

•Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in a partnership with senior management and stakeholders.
•Develop and lead full / scale project plans and associated communication documents.
•Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
•Effectively communicate and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
•Plan, schedule, and track project timeliness, budget and milestones.
•Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
•Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
•Ownership of the CA Clarity PPM Application including enhancements, process changes, and use of additional functionality.
•Coach, mentor, motivate and manage Project Managers, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
•Serve as a central point of communication and escalation for Project Manager

Requirements:
•A minimum of 4-6 year’s experience as a project manager with a proven ability to deliver business value on-time and on-budget is required.
•10 plus years of experience in Information Technology.
•Strong knowledge and experience with project management software, specifically CA Clarity PPM.
•PMI, PMP Certification preferred.
