1). If you are not interested in a job, you should have your profile set to the right settings. If a recruiter approaches you for a job and gets a return email as inappropriate and you have your setting set for career opportunities, this does not make you look very aware. Because disposition of inappropriate, hurts the recruiters reputation on LinkedIn. This could put you in a poor light for future consideration.
2). Always post your picture, post a professional picture for others to see, people like to envision you helping them and picture goes along ways.
3). Always post your contact information in the contact information section for others to reach you. Name, number, email, yahoo messenger, google+. Do not use a email address that may viewed unprofessional. Ie; PartyAnimal@hotmail.com.
