Account Executives are responsible for generating new business and developing current relationship accounts in a highly-productive, sales environment. A strong candidate will have a proven track record in sales; bring an existing base of customers to Saicon, excellent communication skills, consistent work ethic and a desire to be a part of one of the fastest growing staffing companies in the Midwest. We provide a competitive base salary and monthly commission, commensurate with experience.

Saicon Consultants, Inc., founded in 1998, provides Information Technology (IT) Professional Services (Project Services, Team Services, and Staff Augmentation) and solutions to Government agencies. (Federal, State and Local) and Commercial clients locally and nationwide.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with commercial and government clients that may have a need for staff augmentation and or project completion.
• Meet with managers within the organizations to understand their technical and professional needs.
• Prospect revenue opportunities and build a pipeline of current and future business.
• Develop account relationships and obtain commitments from clients.
• Engage customer and learn their business to understand their needs and partner together to help the achieve their goals and the clients goals.
• Prepare weekly reports of business transactions and sales activity.
• Track prospective and sales activity through company’s sales CRM.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients at C-level, purchasing level and delivery level.
• Monitor and coordinate resolution of delivery issues with deliveries in coordination with company’s delivery teams.
• Some travel may be required for client engagement, networking, etc.
• Perform work on a time schedule as needed to meet applicable deadlines.
• Complete other duties as assigned by executive management.
Secondary Duties:
• Create and pursue target customers for company.
• Demonstrate the business value of company’s services and/or products to prospective clients.
• Work with delivery organizations to develop relationships with client managers, qualify requirements, and work through any roadblocks.
• Keep delivery organizations informed of any changes in client processes, staffing and or project needs, or potential issues.
• Interface with recruiting department to communicate client’s needs for resource requirements.
• Develop and deliver proposals for prospective clients.
• Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-5 years of experience selling in a staffing or related industry.
• Previous experience with managing on site relationships.
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills.
• Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes
• Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
• Passion to educate and sell.
