Job Overview:

Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom built technology solutions to meet business needs. Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers. Will be using Java  along with Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata for database access programming, as well as AngularJS on the front-end.

  • Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements
  • Meet with business partners to understand business needs
  • Responsible for overall design of the solution
  • Design, build and test applications
  • Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of Java Script ((specifically AngularJS), OOP/OOAD, XML, HTML
  • Experience with RDB (Oracle or SQL Server or Teradata)
  • Experience with web services (RESTful)
  • Strong desire to learn and grow

  • Screen the competence of candidates against a technical job description, technical skills.

  • Following up with and keep your candidates in the loop of current submitted, searching for jobs for them and giving career advice. This goes a long way to build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you.
  • Presenting qualified resumes to the Business Development Manager / Account Manager for presentation to client.
  • The end result needs to be the presentation of employ-able and qualified candidates for technical positions for needs with Saicon and or Saicon clients.

Title: Sr. Project Manager
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Length of Contract: 6 month

Job Overview:

This person will have 5-6 years of Project Management experience managing enterprise level projects, project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation.
This person will have 5-6 years of developing project plans and drive project milestones. Employ project management methodologies and tools.
This person will have 3-4 years of experience using MS Project. Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for project.
Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
Manage all communication plans, training and documentation. Deliver projects on time, at/under budget and within scope.
Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Expertise managing large COBOL and or Java Projects iis required, technical background in one or both is a plus
Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio. – PMP Certification is required

Title: MS Dynamics AX Test Manager
Location: Houston, Texas
Length of Contract: 9 month

Job Overview:

5-6 years of experience as a Test Manager responsible for all the testing activities for the MS Dynamics AX implementation.
2-3 years experience testing MS Dynamics AX implementations..
Expertis creating and monitoring progress report.
Expertise in program test strategy for multiple roll outs.
1-2 years experience in Leading multiple test leads, automation lead and performance testing leads.

Job Overview:

1-2 years of experience with SOA and or REST.

1-2 years of test automation from unit to behavioral/functional to integration.
