Job Overview:

•Resource will operate and maintain McAfee NitroView log aggregation system and perform audits of Information System logs. Resource will ensure all required systems are properly logging events to the McAfee NitroView log aggregation system. Resource will create rules, queries, and develop management reports using the log aggregation system.
•Resource will manage and maintain the McAfee Intrusion Detection/Prevention system. Resource will ensure all security events are audited and logged. Resource will develop rules to eliminate false-positive reports.
•Resource will coordinate with clients to configure logging and reporting and ensure proper security architectures are in place.
•Resource will perform vulnerability scanning of computer systems using authorized security scanning software.
•Resource will use results of vulnerability scans to determine vulnerabilities and develop operational plans to remediate or mitigate vulnerabilities as they are discovered.
•Resource will install, operate, and maintain Host Based Security System.
•Resource will operate and maintain WebSense web content filter.
•Resource will assist hosted customers in obtaining and maintaining certifications as required.
•Resource will review and document change requests and determines approval or denial of requests.
•Resource will update and/or assist the hosted system’s personnel in updating artifacts, system diagram (logical and physical) Hardware/Software/Firmware Inventory, Interface & Ports, Protocols and Services listing, etc.

Responsibilities:

The Technical Engagement Leader / Network Infrastructure Manager (TEL) is the primary leader for the overall definition, delivery and planning of technical installation work during implementation efforts with clients. The TEL provides the design and guidance needed to implement technical solutions in a client/server environment. The TEL is viewed by clients as the primary contact for a wide variety of issues related to their technical infrastructure. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, 60% Hands on work on the Network Infrastructure, 40% Management of the group.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be based in Winona,MN or willing to relocate
• Ability to work off hours if needed
• Project management/consulting experience
• Ability to work across multiple team environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project

Responsibilities:

Analyze complex, enterprise environments from an information security perspective
Evaluate organizations against multiple best practice control frameworks, vertical specific requirements, or federal/state regulations:

– ISO 27001/2
– HIPAA
– PCI/DSS
– COBIT
– NERC/CIP
– FISMA/NIST
– FFIEC

– Develop comprehensive information security documentation
– Policies
– Standards
– Guidelines
– Procedures

– Conduct assessments of (or build) Business Continuity Programs, based on best practices.
– Conduct physical security assessments of data centers and other facilities
– Conduct risk assessments of business processes and supporting applications; including:

– the determination of inherent risk

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience
• 7 + years of IT technical/security experience

• Strong ability to articulate business risks of technical issues to client personnel
• Identify and communicate assessment findings to client personnel
• Recognize performance improvement opportunities for client
• Ability to deal with both technical and non-technical client personnel
• Solid understanding of best practice control frameworks and regulatory requirements:
