This person will have 1-4 years of Call Center experience, they will resolve customer problems and concerns. This person will receive training on answering questions in reference to policies and assist in resolving any concerns.
This person will have worked with Microsoft Excel and Word. Looking for individuals that can work independently once training has been completed.
Insurance experience is a plus.
