Customer Service Support Analyst opening in Overland Park, KS

Job Overview:

This person will have 2-3 years of customer service experience in a customer care center in a enterprise level environment. They will be part of a team that works with customers on a daily basis to provide solutions to products installed at clients site. This person will have experience in providing analysis and training to customers in a technical setting. They will have a basic understanding of Windows XP and have the ability to present technical material to both technical and non technical audiences.
