Job Overview:

This person will have 4-5 years of working directly with customers to resolve production support issues in high volume complex Kronos environment. This person will be responsible for responding to customer needs within the defined guidelines, documenting, planning, prioritizing multiple work orders and optimizing processes.

Job Requirements:

•4-6 years of Kronos Workforce Central 6.x experience.
•In depth knowledge and ability to analyze, develop and implement complex Kronos pay rule, security, workforce attendance and calculated accrual configurations.
•Administer Kronos Workforce Central application including application servers, devise managers, and SQL server databases.
•Experience testing, modifying, and troubleshooting system integrations that include SQL, WIM, and stored procedures
•Proven experience to monitor application performance and provide recommendations to optimize system performance.
•Maintain and troubleshoot Kronos 4500 Terminals in Kronos Device Manager.
•Knowledge of business payroll/timekeeping practices in a distributed environment.
•Remote is a possibilty after 1rst month of on-site performance with the team.
