• Support of Apache HTTP Server
• Support responsibilities includes:
o Problem determination after reviewing web server configuration, reviewing web server logs, and analyzing process cores.
o Provide recommendations to improve performance and stability.
o Provide recommendations to resolve security and compliancy risks.
• Should defects be identified within Apache HTTP Server, the resource(s) are expected to code a fix and submit it back to the Apache Foundation to be included in a future release of HTTP Server.
• 50 Servers maximum will be rolled out to our Production environment over the next two (2) years.
• The vendor must provide 24×7 support with a 4 hour response time SLA.
