Job Overview:

Seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead a large applications development contract. The objective of this contract is to provide software and data technical support services for the delivery of consistent, modern and cost-effective business solutions.

This will include but not be limited to project management, requirements determination, solution architecture, analysis, design, configuration, construction, unit testing, integration testing, certification testing support, performance testing support, deployment support, maintenance, data architecture, business intelligence, data analytics, data integration and Tier 3 production support of existing and new custom, COTS or hybrid systems.

The PM will be responsible and accountable for contract deliverables, personnel, financial performance, and serve as the client’s primary point of contact.

The PM shall assign tasking to the contract’s personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage overall task order performance. The PM shall have the ultimate authority to commit the Contractor’s organization and make decisions for the Contractor’s organization in response to issues, concerns, or problems. The PM shall be readily available to respond to questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.

The PM will reside in Kansas City, MO. with an office at the customer location.

ITIL and PMP Certification is a plus
Federal Agency experience is a plus
