How to maximize Linked In for your recruitment efforts!

1). When reviewing a person on linked in that matches your skill set, look at the space to right indicating people also viewed, these people will likely have the same skills as what you are looking for in a person.

2). Your Linked in Profile should be the same as your resume, the sight has outpaced the job boards, 3 to 1.
