Job Overview:
Need a person with 4-8 years of Systems administration with a emphasis in Active Directory and MS Exchange. This person will have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and change directions with a moments notice.
Skills Needed:
Expertise on Active Directory and Exchange 2003/2010 Messaging environment .
Working knowledge on any of monitoring tools like MOM/SCOM/Boxtone
Should have knowledge on the applications like SMS, Net backup
Well versed in Cluster environment. Should be familiar with standard storage devices.
Should have very good Troubleshooting skills on RAID and Server hardware.
Should familiar with ITIL process like Incident/Problem/Change/Release/CMDB Management.
