Customer Service Support Analyst opening in Overland Park, KS

Job Overview:

This person will have 2-3 years of customer service experience in a customer care center in a enterprise level environment. They will be part of a team that works with customers on a daily basis to provide solutions to products installed at clients site. This person will have experience in providing analysis and training to customers in a technical setting. They will have a basic understanding of Windows XP and have the ability to present technical material to both technical and non technical audiences. This person will have strong communication skills and will be part of a team to provide customer service. They will be part of a on-call rotation.

Bi-Lingual is a plus
Sales experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
